How it works
Sign up & apply from inside
Start a free Foundry account, then apply from Settings → Partner Program. We review manually — usually within a few business days. Once approved, partner tools turn on automatically in your workspace.
Set up trials for your clients
A new "Create trial for client" button appears on your dashboard. One form creates the workspace, sends the invitation, and records the referral — all in a single step. You're added as the workspace owner so you can configure things before handing off.
Earn for the lifetime of the client
10% of every monthly invoice paid by clients you onboarded. No cap, no sunset. Paid out monthly via your preferred method. Track every dollar from the Partner Dashboard.
White-label or hand-off — you choose
Different agencies want different ownership models. The program supports both.
White-label
You stay as the workspace owner indefinitely. Foundry sends the bill to you; the client may not even see the platform name. You earn a 10% white-label discount netted at source instead of a separate commission payout.
Best for: agencies offering "we run inventory for you" as part of an all-inclusive service.
Hand off to client
When the client is ready to take over, promote them to owner with a click. You drop down to a partner seat with the permission tier they grant you, and continue to earn 10% commission on every invoice they pay.
Best for: consultants who set things up, train the team, and step back to a support / advisory role.
FAQ
Is there a cost to join?
No. Becoming a partner is free. You don't need to be a paying Foundry customer to be a partner — many of our partners run their own businesses outside of Foundry.
When does commission start?
When the client's first invoice is paid. Commissions for billing events in month N are paid in month N+1, giving clean monthly statements and time for refunds to settle.
What if a client switches partners later?
If you originated the trial, you keep the referral credit. The client can change which partner has operational access to their workspace at any time — that's separate from the attribution.
Can I see how much each client is earning me?
Yes. Per-client commission breakdown is visible on the Partner Dashboard. We don't hide it; partners deserve to know exactly which relationships are generating their earnings.
What information do I need to apply?
Company name and a short note about your business — that's it. Contact info auto-fills from your Foundry account, so the form is just a couple of fields. Start by creating a free account, then head to Settings → Partner Program.
